What Web 2.0 tools are you using to thank alumni. For example, are you using video to share your need? Are you using video to thank contributors? Do you use blogs or video testimonials to give contributors a way of sharing why they gave. How are you using podcasts? Are you doing a daily podcast to share the results of the campaign to date, the highlights? Do you encourage alumni to come to your "giving" page and challenge others? How are you using Wiki's to engage contributors? Non profits are adopting Web 2.0 tools rapidly. Are you taking but not giving your alumni a chance to be engaged in the giving process?
